30-day returns
You can return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of skincare that has been opened or used, unless it arrived damaged, defective or was the wrong item.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Email us within 7 days of delivery at imodexgrouprd@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping. You won't need to send the item back.
How to start a return
- Email imodexgrouprd@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, since products ship from different warehouses.
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for damaged, defective or wrong items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
