Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

• Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more.
• For orders under $50, the rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

• Processing: 1-3 business days.
• Delivery: most orders arrive within 5-10 business days of purchase. Holidays and severe weather can add a few days.

Our products ship from US-based warehouses. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delays and lost packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days, email us at imodexgrouprd@gmail.com and we'll track it down. If a package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Address changes

Please double-check your address at checkout. To change it, email us within 12 hours of ordering.
